Hamilton Flowers & Decor

Incredibly poor service. Took my order, committed to delivery on the fourth of July, then failed to deliver the flowers. The owner gave me a half-hearted apology days later, then suggested she would still charge me for delivering the flowers even though they would be several days late. I generally trust local businesses, but this local business is trying to operate like a large company by working with an offshore answering service. But they haven't taken time to properly equip the answering service with accurate information about the business. The business was closed on the day that the answering service confidently told me the delivery would happen on time. I don't normally take time to write negative reviews, but this business earned it by failing to meet their original commitment, then responding to that failure with a torrent of excuses instead of simply working to make the customer happy.

Absolutely beautiful arrangements. Will definitely come back for other occasions and 100% recommend this place, for any and all floral needs. We have used this florist recently for two family funerals, and the job was not lacking in any way. Bouquets and standing arrangements were much fuller and lively than that other florist we looked at. The funeral home even said they were more beautiful and fuller bouquets than any they have seen. Thank you for such a beautiful way to remember the loved ones in our lives. Thank you so much from Shved's and Ponizhaylo's.

Irena created my wedding and also my brother's wedding flowers years ago, and ever since, I’ve been absolutely in love with this flower shop. The quality, design, and attention to detail are consistently outstanding. For a recent funeral, I wanted the Sacred Garden Spray to be delivered two days early. Irena kindly advised me that the flowers might not stay fresh for that long, especially since the spray wasn’t available at the time. Still, I chose to proceed, and the arrangement was not only fresh but absolutely beautiful on the day of the funeral.

Irina and the rest of the Hamilton Flowers team did an AMAZING job for our wedding in November!! They made the bouquet of my dreams that was exactly what I envisioned for our wedding. The centerpieces at the venue were absolutely beautiful and all of the details that they provided made everything look so elegant and perfect -- I mean, a giant flower wall, C'MON! Not only was everything done so wonderfully, but Irina and her team were such a joy to work with! I highly recommend their work and will definitely keep them in mind for any other events in the future!
